1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and eyvisa ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of eyvisa.com and all related visa application services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, submitting an application, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2Description of Services

eyvisa is a visa facilitation service. We assist users in preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications to the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority. Our Services include:

• Guidance on visa requirements and required supporting documents.
• Review of application forms and documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Submission of applications to the appropriate authority on your behalf, where applicable.
• Application status tracking and customer support.

eyvisa is an independent facilitation service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any government, embassy, or consulate unless explicitly stated.

3Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services independently. If you are applying on behalf of a minor or another adult, you confirm that you have the legal authority and their consent to submit their information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@eyvisa.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of all information and documents you submit through our platform. eyvisa reviews submissions for completeness but does not independently verify the truthfulness of the information you provide.

5Fees & Payment

Our fee structure consists of two separate components, both disclosed to you before you submit payment:

All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and must be paid in full before we begin processing your application. Prices are subject to change without notice, though confirmed applications will honor the price shown at the time of submission.

6Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your application and request a refund of the eyvisa service fee within 24 hours of submission, provided we have not yet begun document review.
• Once document review or submission to the consular authority has begun, service fees become non-refundable.
• Government and consular fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once paid, in line with each government - policy.
• Refund requests can be submitted to billing@eyvisa.com and are typically processed within 7-10 business days.

7No Guarantee of Approval

Visa approval decisions are made solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority. eyvisa does not control, influence, or guarantee the outcome, processing time, or approval of any visa application.

8User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree that you will not:

• Submit fraudulent, forged, or altered documents.
• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable immigration law.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

9Intellectual Property

All content on eyvisa.com, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of eyvisa or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eyvisa and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Visa application delays, denials, or processing errors caused by government or consular authorities.
• Travel disruptions, missed flights, or financial losses resulting from visa outcomes.
• Inaccurate information you provided during the application process.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount of the service fee you paid to eyvisa for the application in question.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold eyvisa harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your submission of inaccurate or fraudulent information.

12Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused our platform. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

13Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, USA.

14Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
