No. The entire eyvisa process is online. You fill out your details, upload documents, make payment, and receive updates - all from home. Some embassies may require a biometric appointment at their own centre, which we'll flag for you in advance.

eyvisa is a registered visa consultancy with certified consultants. We are not a government body but work directly with embassies and consulates. We comply fully with all applicable regulations and privacy laws.

No visa consultancy can legally guarantee approval - the final decision rests with the embassy or government authority. What we can guarantee is a thorough, accurate and professionally prepared application that helps you present clear, complete supporting documents.

Application

Head to our Visa Services page, select the visa type you need, complete the short eligibility form and proceed to document upload. A consultant will be assigned to your case within one business day.

Yes. You can submit separate applications for different countries simultaneously. Each application is handled independently with a dedicated consultant. Bundled family or group applications may qualify for a discounted service fee.

You can update details and documents while your case is in the review stage. Once your application has been submitted to the embassy, edits are no longer possible. Contact your consultant immediately if you notice an error.

We support Tourist, Business, Student, Work, Transit, and Family/Dependent visas for 50+ countries. If you have a specific need not listed, contact us and we'll advise whether we can assist.

No. We handle applications for all ages, including children and seniors. Minors travelling alone or with one parent may need additional consent documents - our team will advise you on these requirements.

Log in to your eyvisa account dashboard to see real-time status updates. You'll also receive email and SMS notifications at each key stage - from document review to embassy submission and final decision.

Documents

Requirements vary by country and visa type, but typically include:
  • Valid passport (6+ months remaining validity)
  • Recent passport-sized photos
  • Bank statements (last 3-6 months)
  • Proof of accommodation and travel itinerary
  • Employment or enrollment letter
After selecting your visa, we'll give you a personalised document checklist.

Many embassies require documents in their official language or in English. We partner with certified translators to make this seamless. Our checklist will flag which documents need translation for your specific destination.

For the eyvisa review stage, high-quality scans or photos are sufficient. Some embassies require original documents at the submission or interview stage - we'll clearly indicate this in your checklist where applicable.

We accept PDF, JPG, and PNG files. Each file should be under 5 MB and clearly legible. If a document is too large, you can compress it using free tools like ilovepdf.com before uploading.

Yes. All documents are encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We never share your personal data with third parties beyond the relevant embassy or government authority, and we comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

Processing Times

Processing times vary widely by country and visa type. Typical ranges are:
  • Tourist visa: 5-15 business days
  • Business visa: 7-20 business days
  • Student visa: 2-8 weeks
  • Work visa: 4-12 weeks
  • Transit visa: 2-7 business days
We always recommend applying at least 6-8 weeks before your travel date.

Some embassies offer priority processing for an additional government fee. Where available, we'll show this option during checkout. Note that priority processing reduces embassy queue time but not the time our consultants need to review your documents.

Delays can occur due to high application volumes, requests for additional information from the embassy, public holidays, or background checks. If your application has exceeded the estimated time, contact your assigned consultant - they'll chase the embassy on your behalf.

Yes. You'll receive an instant email and SMS notification the moment a decision is made. Your visa stamp or e-visa will also be available for download in your account dashboard.

Fees & Refunds

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway and are fully encrypted.

No. Our displayed price is the eyvisa service fee. Government and embassy fees vary by destination and are shown as a separate line item at checkout, so you see the total cost before confirming your application.

The eyvisa service fee covers the work our consultants do regardless of the outcome, so it is non-refundable. Government fees are also non-refundable as set by the embassy. However, we offer discounted reapplication support to help you succeed on a second attempt.

Cancellations before our consultant review begins qualify for a full refund of the service fee. Cancellations after review has started are subject to a 50% administration charge. Government fees already paid to the embassy cannot be refunded.

Rejection & Reapplication

The most frequent causes include:
  • Incomplete or inconsistent documents
  • Insufficient proof of financial means
  • No clear ties to home country (suggesting immigration intent)
  • Previous visa overstays or violations
  • Incomplete travel history
Our consultant review process is specifically designed to catch and address these issues before submission.

Don't panic. A rejection is not permanent. Contact your eyvisa consultant immediately - we'll review the refusal letter, identify the reason, and advise whether reapplication makes sense and how to strengthen your case. In many cases, applications are approved on the second attempt.

This depends on the country. Some allow immediate reapplication with stronger documentation; others impose a cooling-off period of 3-6 months. Our consultants will review the refusal notice and advise the correct timeline for your destination.

Some countries ask whether you have previously been refused a visa - including to other countries. You must answer this honestly. A single rejection handled correctly rarely prevents future success, especially when the underlying issues are addressed. Our team helps you frame your reapplication accordingly.

Travel & Entry

A visa is pre-approval from a country that allows you to travel to its border. An entry permit (or leave to enter) is granted at the border by immigration officers. Having a valid visa does not automatically guarantee entry - the border officer still has discretion, which is why we emphasise accurate applications.

In some countries, visa extensions are possible through the local immigration authority. Rules differ significantly by country and visa type. eyvisa does not currently handle in-country extensions, but we can advise you on the process. Always apply for an extension before your current visa expires.

Overstaying a visa is a serious violation. Consequences can include fines, detention, deportation, and bans from re-entering the country - sometimes for several years. It also makes future visa applications significantly harder. Always track your authorised stay and leave on time.

In most countries, children need their own visa even if they are listed on a parent - passport. Requirements vary - some countries allow children on a family visa; others require individual applications. Our checklist will specify what - needed for your destination.
